Please contact Qunol customer service to document your complaint. The following information will be helpful:
- When and where the product was purchased
- Codes on the bottom of the bottle and expiration date
- Photos (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
- Your full name, address, and phone number
This information will be shared with the Quality Control Team for review. Customer service can provide information about returns or replacements.
